All music in this soundfiction was composed and produced by Zehnlicht specifically for this project. The creation process combined digital and acoustic resources: native synthesizers and instruments from the DAW LMMS provided the foundation, while Audacity and BandLab were used for additional layering, editing, and mixing.

Certain vocal passages were generated with ElevenLabs, blending seamlessly with the sound textures. Elements of percussion and looping originated from Cymatics, used within the scope of their royalty-free license.

A single archival fragment appears in the composition: “After You’ve Gone,” presented here in a historical recording made freely accessible by the Library of Congress National Jukebox, which makes such material available to the public without restriction.

The rest of the music, textures, and sound design are entirely original, conceived and realized by Zehnlicht for this edition of The Metamorphosis.
